Geriatric Dentistry – Dentures

  • Loss of teeth is almost synonymous with old age.
  • Most of the older people often complain of problems in chewing & eating food because of either few teeth left in the mouth or none.
  • An edentulous jaw often affects the complete well-being of the geriatric patient. Loss of weight or poor digestion is often a side effect of not chewing food properly.
  • A complete or partial denture often helps to restore the normal eating habit and also the appearance of the geriatric patient.
  • In our clinic, we make Complete Dentures in case of complete loss of all the teeth in both jaws or partial dentures in case of few missing teeth in those patients who are not willing to get a fixed prosthesis.
